The Company may amend the list of restricted jurisdictions from time to time. You must review the Terms regularly to determine whether your jurisdiction is permitted. Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where access is prohibited is a breach of these Terms.
Account Registration, Ownership and Security
- You must open and use an account registered in your own name. Only one account per person, address, telephone number or IP address is allowed. Any additional accounts are deemed Duplicate Accounts and may be closed without notice with any consequences applied to the duplicate activity.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted via your account, including any losses or payments arising from that activity. We are not liable for unauthorized use arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You may not transfer or sell your account, or any rights or benefits associated with the account, to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so is void and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
- You must promptly update registration details and notify Xhjili of any changes that may affect verification or security of the account.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting the designated support channel. A closed account will be processed in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms, and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with applicable policies described herein.
Identity Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)
To protect integrity and comply with applicable laws, Xhjili may request documentation to verify identity, age, residence and ownership of payment methods. Acceptable documents include government issued identification, proof of address and transaction histories. You must provide requested documents within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days from the request. Xhjili reserves the right to suspend or withhold payments and/or to close the account if documentation is not provided timely or if information provided is false or misleading. We may perform additional checks before or after deposits or withdrawals as part of KYC procedures.
Financial Transactions: Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds Management
- All financial operations on the Service are processed by Xhjili or its designated payment processors. You may fund your account using payment methods available from time to time on the Service. Withdrawals are typically processed using the same method used for funding where practicable.
- The account balance is not a bank balance and is not insured or backed by any guarantee. Funds held in your account do not accrue interest unless expressly stated.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may be set from time to time by Xhjili. You agree to comply with any such limits and to provide any information necessary to verify deposits or withdrawals as required by KYC procedures.
- Refunds and chargebacks will be considered in accordance with the applicable payment method policy. Refunds may be withheld or reversed if the source of funds is disputed or if there is evidence of fraud or chargebacks. Refunds, where permitted, will be issued in the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
- All deposits and withdrawals are subject to fraud checks and compliance reviews. We may delay or suspend processing pending verifications.
Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Bonuses are not withdrawable except in accordance with the wagering requirements and the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount and, where applicable, of the initial deposit that must be wagered before any bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn. Changes to the Terms and Communications
Xhjili may amend these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via the Service or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with the closure process.
Suspension, Termination and Effects
Xhjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason or without reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity or non compliance with regulatory requirements. In the event of termination, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable policies, subject to legal and regulatory obligations. The right to suspend or terminate includes the ability to withhold payments, reverse transactions, or close accounts following due process.
Miscellaneous
Severability, no waiver and entire agreement. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xhjili with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
