1. General terms
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus promotions offered by Xhjili. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Xhjili reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has its own terms, those terms prevail over these general terms.
2. Scope and precedence
In the event of inconsistency between these general terms and a specific promotion’s terms, the specific terms shall control.
3. Eligibility and account constraints
Only one bonus may be claimed per person, family, address, device or IP address. Xhjili may close duplicate accounts and confiscate assets associated with such accounts. Participation requires an active account in good standing and completion of any required identity checks.
- One bonus per account and per eligible payment method.
- Promotions may be restricted to players who meet eligibility criteria, including age and geographic eligibility.
4. First Deposit Bonus
The First Deposit Bonus is available to eligible new players. To claim, activate one of the qualifying codes before making your first deposit. The bonus is non-withdrawable and is considered sticky; it remains in your account until withdrawal is requested and processed or until the balance is reset due to wagering outcomes.

5. Reload / Deposit Bonuses
Reload bonuses or deposit-based promotions require a valid deposit and the appropriate bonus code. Each promo has its own threshold and reward structure as published in the promotion’s terms.
- Example claim flow: deposit at least €20 with code XH20 to receive 20 Extra Free Spins; larger deposits unlock additional free spins (e.g., deposits €50–€99 grant 60 spins; €100+ grants 150 spins).
- Free spins are issued in connection with the deposit bonus and are credited automatically after the deposit is completed and the code claimed.
6. No Deposit Bonus
No deposit bonuses provide free spins or cash rewards without a first deposit. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses carry no wagering requirements. To withdraw any winnings from no-deposit bonuses, a deposit must be made first.
- Only one No Deposit offer per user, account, device and IP address is allowed.
- Winnings from No Deposit Free Spins are withdrawable subject to the verification process and any corresponding withdrawal limits.
7. Wagering and expiry
Wagering requirements apply to each bonus as published in the promotion terms, typically 50x for deposit bonuses and 40x for Free Spins unless stated otherwise. A bonus becomes invalid if wagering requirements are not met within the active period, typically 10 days, after activation. Any remaining bonus balance and related winnings will be removed if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled in time.
8. Use of funds and balance order
During an active bonus, funds are deducted from the real-money balance first. Bonus funds are used only after the real-money balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake.
9. Game eligibility and play restrictions during an active bonus
While a bonus is active, certain games may be restricted or contribute differently to the wagering requirements. Specific allowances and restrictions are set out in the promotion terms and include, but are not limited to, exclusion of live casino, jackpot games, and certain table or virtual games. Some games may contribute 0% toward wagering, and some are prohibited entirely.
10. Maximum bet during active bonus
While any bonus is active, the maximum wager per spin or game round is €5 (or the equivalent in the selected currency). Attempts to place higher bets may suspend bonus progress or void the bonus.
11. Cancellation and withdrawal
Any bonus may be canceled at any time before the wagering requirements are met. If canceled, the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed. You may request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements; in such case, the bonus balance will be removed and you may withdraw only the balance available in your real-money funds.
12. Bonus caps and withdrawal thresholds
There are caps on the amount that may be released to real balance from a bonus. The following caps apply unless otherwise stated in the promotion: non-deposit bonus cap €25; deposit bonuses cap 10x the bonus amount; Free Spins winnings cap €100. Any balance exceeding these caps will be forfeited.
13. Prohibition of bonus stacking and abuse
Players are not permitted to collect or combine multiple bonuses. The promotion is considered active until the withdrawal is processed or until all winnings derived from the bonus are settled or the balance reaches zero, subject to any applicable thresholds.
14. Responsible gambling, KYC and AML
Xhjili conducts identity verification in line with regulatory requirements. Accounts may be suspended or closed if verification cannot be completed or if suspicious activity is detected. Players must be 18 years or older and reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. Xhjili provides tools for responsible gambling and may require limits or self-exclusion as appropriate.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising in relation to promotions and bonuses shall be resolved by the competent courts of Curaçao, subject to applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where available.
16. Changes to terms
Xhjili reserves the right to amend these terms and all promotional terms at any time. Material changes will be published on the website. Continued participation in a promotion after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
